Viva Glasvegas

Tomorrow myself and my fellow Cava Socialists are promoting a gig at the Ocean Rooms in Brighton. This is the second time we’ve put on Glasvegas, an exciting new band from Scotland. Their debut single Daddy’s Gone is out on Monday and the NME has already made it Single of the Week. Alan Mcgee, the man who discovered Oasis, has said that they are the most exciting thing he’s heard since Jesus and Marychain and their mix of surf punk, soaring vocals and Rickenbacker guitars is certainly charismatic. If you are near Brighton tonight and want to see an exciting new band just before they hit the bigtime, you now know where to go.
